About the Owner

A lifelong hunter, Woody is the owner of Castle Valley Ranches and Castle Valley Outdoors. After serving a Mormon mission to France, he graduated from the University of Utah and received his law degree from The University of Texas Law School. He practiced law in Houston, Texas, and Washington, D.C., before he and his father, Glendon Johnson, became partners in Castle Valley Ranches in 1994. When Glendon died in 2011, Woody took over as sole owner and operator. Woody and his wife, Page, have three married daughters and six grandchildren.
