Our mission is to make fly fishing accessible to everyone, and to get folks outside and on the water, where they can relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Master guide Tim Freeman is an avid outdoorsmen, with over 40 years of experience on the water and in the woods. For decades, Tim and his team have led trips ranging from Western cutthroat trout expeditions in the high country of Colorado to introductory fly fishing classes on the pond on his 40-acre ranch in Winchester, Virginia. Whether you are an expert fisherman looking to fine tune your technique and catch trophy trout, or a newcomer looking to dip your toe in the sport, Cool Water Outfitters will work with you to help you achieve your goals!
