Jake’s is your hometown bait and tackle shop. We are family owned and run, and carry many national brands as well as baits made locally that focus on what you need to catch fish in our surrounding waters.
So stop on in and enjoy a laid back atmosphere where you can shop our large selection, get some tips, and tell a tale or two!
About the Company
Jake’s Bait and Tackle is the small but fully stocked “best bait shop” in town! Jerry Mounts has been an avid fisherman for most of his life and his goal is to get all ages “hooked on fishin’.” He has 2 kids and 5 grandkids, all who love to go fishing! Stop by to let us help you find the right spot and lure for you!
Our Goal:
Jake’s Bait and Tackle strives to be your local place to shop and give back to the community. We are a proud sponsor of the Frederick County Bass Team. Saturday : 10 am -5 pm

We offer most of the big name brands: Megabass, Z-man, Berkley, Zoom, Shimano, Gary Yamamoto, Strike King and more.
