Went offshore with the boys for a quick mahi trip. Caught 5 chickens, a bluefish, and a big cuda! We also caught a 41" red drum about 20 miles out trolling a chugger (he was lost). Cooked the mahi two different ways. One was a simple blackening and the other I cooked over lemons and limes with a little butter. Overall they both were delicious!
